This past week has definitely been a rollercoaster of emotions! 😢❤️😀

On May 31st, I officially moved out of my first ever “out of home” studio. It was over 4 years ago that I found “My Happy Place”, but boy oh boy…did she need some work! It was a little bit like putting lipstick on a pig (swipe to see the pig) but with the help of my amazing husband we really prettied her up! 💕
I was so excited to have a dedicated space to work with my clients! Every morning before a shoot I would sweep the front entrance and wait for my client while feeling such pride and excitement. 
I had a great first year and was really getting into a steady schedule, mostly through referrals and word of mouth when COVID hit. I, like so many others was devastated. That was definitely a hurdle that nobody anticipated! But I persevered and got through it and business began to build back up. Unfortunately, due to rent increases I had to start looking elsewhere. I won’t lie, it was stressful & upsetting but in the end it turned out to be the best move ever! 

For every door that closes a new one opens! 

I want to thank every client/friend that came to work with me in this special space. I’ll always have fond memories of every shoot. You helped me grow both as a person as well as a photographer. I am grateful for each and every one of you! ❤️

I can’t wait to show you my new “Happy Place”! Stay tuned!

It’s my favourite time of year! Portrait Masters Time!
